All accounts come with unlimited email accounts at no additional charge.
Speeds listed are link speeds to Ridgewood Cable and your actual speed can vary based on many different factors including Internet/Network congestion, your pc's speed, slow Internet sites, etc. We do not impose usage limits at this time but reserve the right to limit abusers if it becomes necessary so that we can provide quality service for our other customers. Residential customers are not permitted to run hosting servers of any kind.
Residential Installation Options
- Simple Installation: $250.00 for Installation.
All installations are Multiple PC compatible but require the separate purchase or use of a router for this feature.
An Ethernet adapter is required on each computer to use our system. If you do not have an Ethernet adapter we can provide, install and configure one for your computer at a reasonable rate. Most all new computers come standard with an Ethernet adapter.
Installation includes one outside wall to a single computer, hub or switch. Additional cable runs for multiple computers are available, ask for details.
All installed hardware remains the property of Ridgewood Cable and should be returned immediately to Ridgewood Cable upon discontinuation of service. House mounted hardware will be removed by Ridgewood Cable within 30 days of discontinuation of service.
